Bangkok, Thailand.  If you have ever had the pleasure of visiting Thailand’s capital Bangkok you’d know that it isn’t just a city with amazing street food, it Is also home to some of the best shopping in Asia if not the world. Unlike their Western counterparts, malls in Bangkok are extremely grand and offer much more to do than just shopping and entertainment. Each mall in the city has its own unique vibe.

Terminal 21 is an airport themed mall with each floor representing a different country while malls such Emporium EmQuartier present a more luxurious look to attract the cities fashion conscious customers. Although each mall is incredibly different they are all currently facing the same criss, how to reach their customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In order to ensure customers have access to products department stores with existing  E-commerce platforms are using promotion codes along with free delivery services.  Shopping  malls such as Emporium EmQuartier  who act as landlords for their stores have developed line accounts for chat, shop and delivery services for their clients and have their working as personal shoppers. The mall has also taken it upon themselves to give  rent assistants  for all their tenants.

As the fashion industry continues to struggle it is good to see that in Thailand they are finding new and innovative ways to keep the industry afloat until we get back to our new normal.
