Ulkin is a brand that i’ve enjoyed supporting since meeting the head designers two years ago. Each season I look forward to seeing what they do next and how their brand evolves. Although I personally prefer their Fall-Winter pieces as they are more my style I am very happy with this new collection.

Korean brand Xperimnt by designer Hong Yong Shin released their sophomore collection during Seoul Fashion Week Fall Winter 2019. This new collection showed a much welcomed evolution in the brands identity as the designer seems to have taken the necessary steps to make it more commercial than it’s SS19 predecessor.

Ul:kin is back with an electrifying new collection inspired by the process of upcycling. What makes Ul:kin special is its mission to create high end casual wear with a mix of art and culture that tackle issues that are important to the label each season. This season’s collection discussed the issue of separation by focusing on harmonization and breaking the boundaries between the old and the new.
Earlier in the year, Japanese designers Yuto Yashige and Bianca’s brand Tender Person revealed their highly anticipated Autumn-Winter 2022 Collection at Tokyo Fashion Week. The brand’s concept of “to be free to constantly pursue and express oneself” shows throughout this collection. Yashige and Bianca took inspiration from both Rock’n roll and Otaku culture while continuing to incorporate the brand’s signature iconic graphic logo of fire frames.
